Question 1

What kinds of contracts can PactSift AI review?

Accepted Answer

Any commercial agreement in PDF, Word, or plain text — vendor MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, leases, licensing deals, and service agreements. Our AI is tuned specifically for the risks solo operators and small agencies face when signing with larger, better-resourced counterparties.

Question 2

Is my contract data kept private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can enable our Client-Side Privacy Shield to redact sensitive data before it ever leaves your browser. You can also permanently purge any document and its analysis at any time — we’ll issue you a signed Certificate of Deletion confirming it’s gone from our systems.

Question 3

Why should I buy today instead of bookmarking this for later?

Accepted Answer

Two real reasons, not a fake countdown. First, the first 50 Pilot customers lock in $19 per analysis forever — once the cap hits, the Pilot price goes up. Second, for those first 50 scans I personally review the AI output and answer your follow-up questions, which is not something I can scale once volume grows. The biggest reason, though, is the contract in your inbox right now: the risk is already in the document, and a bookmark does not flag it.

Question 4

How is this different from just asking a general AI chatbot?

Accepted Answer

Three concrete differences. First, structure: PactSift AI runs the same rigorous check every time — risk level, plain-English explanation, and a negotiation ask — instead of a chat reply that depends on how you worded the prompt. Second, citations: every risk flag includes the exact verbatim quote, page, and section from your contract, so you can verify it in seconds; general chatbots can paraphrase or invent risks that don’t exist. Third, privacy: the Client-Side Privacy Shield redacts sensitive terms in your browser before anything is uploaded, which a chat window can’t do.

Question 5

What happens after my $19 pilot?

Accepted Answer

You get one full contract risk analysis, no subscription required. If you find it valuable, you can upgrade anytime to the $99/month Subscriber plan for 20 analyses per month, priority processing, and downloadable PDF reports.

Question 6

Do I need a lawyer to use this?

Accepted Answer

No — PactSift AI is designed as a fast first-pass review so you know exactly which clauses are worth a lawyer’s time (and which aren’t), saving you money on legal fees for straightforward agreements.
